For over 20 years we have specialized in well maintained, safe and clean residences for singles, couples of all ages and families. Offering affordable studios to two bedroom apartments - we are centrally located just east of downtown in the Golden Hill & South Park areas of San Diego.
Our twelve properties are bordered by Balboa Park on the North, Hwy 94 to the South and the City to the West.
We feature beautiful grounds, covered parking at several of our properties and easy access to shopping and restaurants.
